Prices are in US dollars, before applicable tax. Checkout shows the final total and renewal terms. Monthly credits expire at the end of their billing period and are used before pack credits. Pack credits have no expiry.

Credits are reserved only when you choose to start a paid transcription. Every started 30 minutes costs one credit: 30 minutes uses one, 31 minutes uses two, and 3 hours uses six. Credits are spent when your transcript is ready. If processing fails or times out, every reserved credit returns to its original allowance with its original expiry. Editing and repeat downloads cost nothing.

Free files can be up to 30 minutes; paid files up to 3 hours. The upload limit is 1 GB. Two paid jobs can be active per account. Uploaded files and results are available for 24 hours. The three daily free jobs are shared with the music separator and reset at midnight UTC. Use the same email to access your shared credits on every StemVocal site.
